Privacy
When you request a quote
We collect the details you type into the quote form: your name, phone number, email, type of space, the service you need, your area, and any notes. We use them only to match you with a cleaning company and to share your request with the company or companies best suited to quote it. Those companies may contact you by phone or email about that request. We don't sell your information to anyone else or add you to marketing lists.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use this site, such as which guides are read most and where visitors come from. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects information like pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location, and how you arrived. It doesn't give us your name or contact details. You can block these cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out add-on.
If you email us, we keep your message so we can reply and follow up. We don't use it for anything else.
Your choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@mississaugacleaning.com. We handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
Referrals and fees
Mississauga Cleaning doesn't do the cleaning ourselves. We connect people with local cleaning companies, and we may receive a referral fee from the company you choose to hire. The fee doesn't change the price you're quoted. Any agreement, payment or service guarantee is between you and the cleaning company you hire, so check their insurance, WSIB status and terms before you book, as our hiring guide explains.
How we write our guides
Every guide is written to answer a real cleaning question for people in Mississauga, and reviewed by Daniel Parsons. We recommend techniques, not brands, and we don't accept payment to mention products. Where a claim needs a source, we link to one. Where the right answer depends on your product or flooring, we tell you to check the label or the manufacturer's instructions.
Corrections
If you find a mistake, email us. We'll check it and fix it quickly. Significant corrections are noted on the page with the date of the change.
